- The production facilities are located within a critical hygiene control area where food safety is optimised.
- The area is climate controlled to required temperatures and humidity specifications, and air is filtered for purity.
- The plant has two ribbon blenders.
- A milling facility converts granular sugar to milled sugar for consistency, and we have a direct sugar feed, which improves efficiency, and reduces costs.
- We are the only plant in the Southern Hemisphere with a Chiyoda Kohan UV Steriliser, and it has a 99.5% bacteria and spore kill rate.
- Our blended products meet the most stringent specifications for our customers.
- We are committed to provide customers with a consistent, stable blend supply, while maintaining high food safety standards.

- We manufacture tailor made, white dry blends of sugar, dairy ingredients, and other food ingredients for customers.
- Our team has a wealth of experience in dry blending, hence can assist customers with New Product Development.
- We can source dairy ingredients, other food ingredients, and packaging on behalf of customers, and will facilitate the exports of the final blended products.
