Standard Granulated 1A Sugar is a high purity refined cane sugar (sucrose) with a uniform, medium crystal size. Like other Chelsea white crystal sugars, Standard Granulated 1A Sugar is conditioned to achieve minimal moisture content. The natural variability of sugar crystal size is controlled by screening to remove both the larger crystals and the majority of the smaller grains.

Manufacturer's Sugar is a high purity refined cane sugar (sucrose) product with a broad crystal size spectrum. Manufacturer's Sugar is refined by the same procedure and to the same purity as Standard Granulated 1A Sugar but is ungraded.
The product could, at times, contain some large crystals as well as fine sugar. Like other Chelsea white sugars, Manufacturer's Sugar is conditioned to minimise moisture content and thus eliminate caking during normal storage and delivery.

Premium Extra Fine White Sugar is a high purity refined cane sugar (sucrose) with a very fine crystal size. Like other Chelsea white crystal sugars, Premium Extra Fine White Sugar is conditioned to achieve minimal moisture content.
This extremely fine grain sugar is produced by grading to achieve a product with a crystal size small enough to eliminate the awareness of granular texture in the product.
