Our Plant and Capabilities

  • The production facilities are located within a critical hygiene control area where food safety is optimised.  
  • The area is climate controlled to required temperatures and humidity specifications, and air is filtered for purity.
  • The plant has two ribbon blenders.
  • A milling facility converts granular sugar to milled sugar for consistency, and we have a direct sugar feed, which improves efficiency, and reduces costs.
  • We are the only plant in the Southern Hemisphere with a Chiyoda Kohan UV Steriliser, and it has a 99.5% bacteria and spore kill rate. 
  • Our blended products meet the most stringent specifications for our customers.
  • We are committed to provide customers with a consistent, stable blend supply, while maintaining high food safety standards.
