Bircher Muesli

2 granny smith apples (grated coarsley)

2 cups of rolled oats

1 cup of low fat natural or greek yoghurt 

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tbsp of honey

nuts and seasonal fruit to serve.


1. Coarsely grate the apple. Mix the grated apple, rolled oats, yoghurt, cinnamon and honey in a bowl until well combined. Cover and leave in the fridge (ideally overnight).

2. In the morning you may need to add a touch more yoghurt, milk or water to get to your desired consistency. Top with a few nuts and your favourite fruit to serve. Enjoy!
