4 Chelsea White Sugar Cubes
Angostura Bitters
Champagne or sparkling white wine, chilled
Lemon peel
Add a dash (a few drops) of Angostura Bitters to each Chelsea Sugar Cube and place the cube in the base of 4 champagne flutes.
Drop in a thin curl of lemon peel and top off with Champagne or sparkling white wine.
